Rather incredible pleated green wool skirt circa 60s or 70s. This is a thick heavyweight wool, and I can envision this with arm tights and a fisherman's knit sweater and wellies wandering the English moors or forests of the Pacific Northwest. Has a black cotton waistband. No label. There are absolutely no closures to this but here is a seam where I imagine something could be easily added. There is also a small hole at the bottom of said seam, and I'm wondering if there used to be elastic in there. It also appears that this may have been shortened at one time.
Excellent vintage condition. The only real thing worth noting is the lack of closure as mentioned above.
Measurements. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist to bottom hem: 23"
