Vintage 1960s Red Velvet Gown with Watteau Style Satin Panel Back

Stunning vintage gown from the 1960s in red velvet. Dress has a watteau style bustle panel in back of red satin with floral rosettes. There is a zipper to the side of the train and a square neckline in back, scoop in front. Short sleeves, slight bullet bra shape.
No designer label but there is a Union made label. It is lined. I'd say a medium sized but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: about 29"
Hips: 40"
Shoulder to empire waist: 11"
Shoulder to natural waist: approx 14"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 50.5"
