Vintage 1960s Teddi of California Yellow Ruffle Collar Blouse

Sweet vintage blouse from the 1960s. Bright cheerful yellow with the most amazing ruffle collar. There's a button at the top so you can leave it more open if you like. I've shown it buttoned here. Probably in the medium size range generally. Do see the measurements down below though. Labels reads: Teddi of California. Looks and feels like a rayon.

Excellent vintage condition. There are a few small areas of some seams that need some stitching.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 36"
Waist: 34"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23.5"
