Vintage 1960s White Blouse with Ruffle and Nehru Collar

Gorgeous vintage blouse from about the 1960s in a very new edwardian style. White with winter white nehru ruffle collar and cuffs. Buttons down the front. Label reads: none but there is a faded tag in one side seam. Probably about a small but do see the measurements down below.

Excellent vintage condition. I spotted a couple tiny marks inside the collar.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust and waist.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: across bottom 37"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 20.25"
