Vintage 1940s/1950s Yellow Velvet Hat With Brown Velvet Bow and Netting

Absolutely charming mustard yellow velvet hat from the 1940s or 50s. Gathered folds of velvet over a mesh base shaped to fit more snugly to the back of the head and then looser over the front, sort of a brim. Over the whole is a veil in brown with brown swiss dots. And then right I the center is a brown velvet bow. No label.  Difficult to measure but I got 21" round the inside. This may have been reworked at some point in its history. There are some more modern signs here. 

Excellent vintage condition. To the hat itself. The netting is showing signs of age, some holes etc..as most older netting does. The inside is fine except that the mesh tends to fold over and separate a bit.
