Vintage 1970s 1968s Crinoline with Lace Trim

Charming vintage crinoline in the prettiest shade of blue circa the 1970s or 1980s. Two layers of what looks and feels like nylon over white tulle with a pretty lace and satin flounce at the bottom. Elastic waist ( see condition below). Label reads: there is one but its too faded to read.

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing worth noting is the elastic at the waist is pretty much shot and will most likely need to be replaced.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist; As mentioned the elastic is shot but as is it's about 40", but could go much snugger with new elastic.
Hip: free
Waist to bottom hem: 21"
