Vintage 1970s 1980s Dress with Belt, Volup size in Blue and White

Charming vintage later 1970s early 1980s dress in navy blue with white dots everywhere. Short cap ish sleeves with a sweet lace trimmed collar and elastic waist. Label reads: JJ or possibly J Je, I'm not 100% sure. Looks and feels like a nylon or poly blend or similar. Has a red grosgrain ribbon belt that I doubt came with it originally but looks amazing. Extra large or more I'd say.

Excellent vintage condition. A little discoloration and wear on the lace trim in the armpits is all I saw.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42" at rest to 48" stretched
Waist: 33" at rest up to 41" when stretched
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: approx. 17"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
