Vintage 1970s 1980s Navy Blue Embroidered Peplum Top

Darling vintage blouse in navy blue cotton with stunning floral embroidery in pink, white and green. Buttons and pintucks with a tie that goes round the back and a peplum below that. Label reads: Broderie Margrit Lucerne Raebsamen. My best guess as to age is circa the 1970s 1980s based on other items from this designer. Medium size I'd say.
Excellent vintage condition. Near mint.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, and waist
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: 29"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 23"
