Vintage 1970s Dress with Pockets and Tie Belt by JC Penney

Charming vintage dress from the 1970s with pockets in navy blue with multicolor shapes and dots everywhere. Ruffled front. Long sleeves, a matching tie belt, and elastic waist. Label reads: JC Penney Fashions, 100% Poly. Probably about a large to extra large size but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. There is one dime sized hole on the skirt, see photo.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" at rest to about 50" stretched
Waist: 33" to 42"
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: approx. 15.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 40"
