Vintage 1970s Patchwork Print Maxi Skirt

Beautiful vintage patchwork maxi skirt from the 1970s. Sweet ric rac trim at the bottom. Its very full, though not a full circle. Label reads: Carefree Fashions of Arizona. Looks and feels like bunch of various cottons. Its is fully lined in white cotton.
The only thing to note is the elastic in the waistband has lost its stretch. You could wear as is if it fits or just replace the elastic.

Measurements when lying flat.
Waist: 36" max as is, meaning adding new elastic can make it tighter if you like.
Hips: free"
Waist to bottom hem: 40.5"
