Vintage 1980s 1990s Norton McNaughton Pola Dot and Floral Top

Charming vintage blouse from the 1990s, maybe the 1980s. Black with a fun polka dot and floral print. Blouse has a keyhole back with a button at the top. Short sleeves. Label reads: Norton McNaughton, 100% rayon, size 8, but do see measurements below as vintage sizing is different than modern.
Excellent vintage condition. There is a pinhole on the blouse, and the loop for the button at the back of the neck looks a bit stretched out.
