Vintage 1980s 1990s Notations Green and Black Tunic

Charming vintage 1980s 1990s Blouse. Green and black with touches of white. Henley neckline with buttons and tabs on the shoulders. Unlined. Labels Reads: Notations, 100% rayon and says its a size SM but do see measurements below.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: loose up to about 40"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 21.5" at the side, longer front and back
