Vintage 1980s Blouse with Kitty Bow and Ruffled Collar

Sweet vintage 1980s chiffon blouse. Ivory with a ruffled collar and small kitty bow, ruffles at the shoulders, buttons up the front and long cuffed sleeves. Label reads: U Turn of California, 100% polyester. Label says its a small, but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing I saw was a few textured areas on one sleeve where it looks like some threads got pulled. Not noticeable unless you're really searching for them and does not show in photos.

Measurements when lying flat.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 42"
Waist: 38"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 22"
