Pretty vintage 1980s dress with a multicolored flowers on a white background. Pockets, short sleeves, pleated full skirt and criss cross straps in back. Label Reads: Tareti, Howard Levi. Looks and feels like cotton. Theres are loops for a belt. Large to extra large size, I'd say. See measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. There are some seam areas near the left pocket that need some stitches. The only other thing to note is the back straps have been sewn down. I believe to make the straps a little tighter. There are buttons there so one could remove the stitches to get back to the original button closures.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 32"
Hips: loose
Shoulder to waist: 17"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 48"
