Vintage 1990s Black Pencil Skirt

Release your inner witch with this wonderful 1990s maxi pencil skirt. Just a bit of wide shirring at either side of the waist for an attractive fit, lower calf/ ankle length, and a slit in the back. Acrylic, but looks like a wool blend and has a textured feel. Label reads: Bioman Collection and gives the size as 40. Zipper in back. Fully lined.

Excellent vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Waist to bottom hem: 37"
