Classic vintage skirt from the 1990s. Navy blue wool pencil style with pockets. Label reads: Evan Picone, 100% worsted wool and gives the size as 6, do see measurements below though. Zipper in back. Fully lined.

Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 26.5"
Hips: about 42"
Waist to bottom hem: 26.5"
