Vintage 1990s Ice Black Silk Cafe Print Dress

Charming vintage dress from the 1990s with a print of cafe scenes in pink and white on a black background. Very 1930s inspired. Tea length with a handkerchief hem, gathered neckline and sheer 3/4 sleeves. Label Reads: Ice, silk, and says size 8, but do see measurements. Lined in poly.

Excellent vintage condition. The only thing I found is a bit of wear right under the buttons of the neckline, Looks like it could be repaired with a few stitches.

Measurements when lying flat and pulled taut. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 39" at rest to 43" stretched"
Waist: approx 32" to 38"
Hips: loose to about 44"
Shoulder to Waist: 14.5"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 48" at the longest approx.
