Vintage 1990s Laura Mae Black Pleated Collared Shirt

Classic vintage black blouse from the 1990s, maybe earliest 2000s. Has hidden buttons, a small pointed collar, shoulder pads and striking vertical pleats down the front. Short sleeves. Looks and feels like a rayon or poly or similar. Label reads: Laura Mae. Probably about a medium but do see measurements below.
Near mint vintage condition. No issues worth noting.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 40"
Waist: 39"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 24"
