Charming vintage 1990s skirt. Flowy A line and has a zipper and button at the waist. Labels Reads: Norton McNaughton and says its a size 8 but do see measurements below. It looks and feels like a poly or rayon.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips.
Waist: 27"
Hips: loose to about 45"
Waist to bottom hem: 24"
