Vintage 1990s Red Knee Length Pencil Skirt

Charming vintage 1980s 1990s skirt in cherry red. Pencil style, knee length, with zipper in back. Fully lined and a lightly stretchy waistband. Looks and feels like a woven rayon or poly to me. Labels Reads: none. Probably a medium size but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. I did spot one pinhead sized hole, see photos.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hips.
Waist: 26" at rest up to about 28.5" puled taut
Hips: 41"
Waist to bottom hem: 28.5"
