Vintage 990s Velvet Corset Style Top

Sexy black velvet 1990s corset style evening top. Would be perfect paired with a 1940's pencil or fishtail skirt. Buttons up the front, adjustable straps. Small size, I'd say. No label.
Excellent vintage condition. No issues worth noting other than some double sided tape reside under the lapels, totally unnoticeable and may come out when washed.

Measurements when lying flat, Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
There is some give to this fabric.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 34" up to about 36"
Waist: 26" up to about 28"
Shoulder to bottom hem: adjustable
