Vintage Antique 1890s Victorian Gray and White Floral Cotton Skirt

Beautiful vintage antique Victorian skirt circa the 1890s. Beautiful rose bud floral print in gray on a white background with a lovely ruffle at the bottom. Buttons in back with gathers round the button for fullness. No label, cotton, has loops to inside the waist to secure it. Extra small size I'd say but do see measurements below.

Excellent vintage condition. Considering its age, that is. Very wearable. It does have one unfortunate hole about silver dollar size, see photo, and I did spot another half inch tear. Other than that there is some mild foxing and some loose threads where it looks like another layer was perhaps removed or similar.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at waist and hip.
Waist: 26"
Hip: full
Waist to bottom hem: 39"
