Vintage Antique 1895 Book, First Edition, "Silas Marner, The Weaver of Raveloe" by George Eliot

Wonderful vintage antique book, "Silas Marner, The Weaver of Raveloe" by George Eliot. This is a first run printing edition from 1895. Published by Houghton Mifflin as part of its Riverside Literature Series. Quarter bound with thick paper cover and green cloth spine, it has an illustration inside the front cover. Introduction by Bliss Carman and study aids in back.

Good to great vintage condition. The cover shows wear consistent with its age but is intact. Pages are yellowed but also intact. Cloth is peeling a bit along the edges but holding well. There are notes by previous owners.
