Vintage Lace Trim, Ivory Floral Pattern 3" Wide, 1 yard plus 27 inches long piece

Gorgeous vintage ivory lace trim. My best guess on age is 1970s or 1980s. Looks and feels like a nylon or blend or similar. It's just about 3" wide. Listing is for one yard and 27 inches long or 63 total inches.
Excellent vintage condition, no issues worth noting.
