Sweet Vintage Picot Edge Lace Trim. Just about 1.5" at its widest point, gently scalloped. Listing is for one piece of two and a half yards. Snow White, delicate and beautiful. Perfect for lingerie, headbands, jewelry, altered journals and lots more. So feminine! Looks and feels like nylon to me.
