Vintage 1920s Book, "Babbitt" by Sinclair Lewis, 1922, Possible First Edition

Vintage 1920s book, "Babbitt" by Sinclair Lewis. Published in 1922 and from my research this is believed to be a First Edition. Blue cloth with mustard yellow. Measures about 7.5" tall by 5" wide. Published by Harcourt Brace and Company. 401 Pages. Has a sticker and name and date from a previous owner inside the front cover.
Great to good vintage condition. The cover is coming away from the pages inside and shows signs of life and use. There is a torn flyleaf page in back. Pages are browned but seem mostly intact.
