Vintage 1930s 1940s Blue Rayon Handkerchief Bag

Darling hankie bag circa World War Two era of the 1930s or 1940s. It's more of a folder really, as it folds over to protect the items inside and has ribbons to tie it shut. Sky blue rayon with floral embroidery and coral colored trim.
Unfolded and laid out flat it measures 15" Long x 7.25" Wide.
Excellent to great vintage condition. There is a discoloration on the front and a little tear along 0ne hem, see photos. Also the padding inside feels a little stiff, as though this was washed and it somehow felted the padding.
