Vintage 1940s Embroidered Lady And Flowers Pillowcase

Off white vintage cotton throw pillow cover beautifully embroidered and cross stitched with a bonneted lady and flowers. Ties in back with satin ribbons that I am sure were not original to this. The fabric and embroidery are circa 1940s or so but it appears to have been either reworked more recently or was something else made into a pillowcase. The listing is for one pillowcase. Measures 16" square.
Excellent vintage condition. Some mild smudges to the fabric mostly on the back.
