Vintage 1950s 1960s Dynasty Silk Red and Gold Sundress with Belt

Darling vintage dress from the 1950s or 1960s in gorgeous red and gold silk. Has a matching belt. Sleeveless with pleating on the skirt, metal zipper up the back. Label reads: Dynasty, Made in Hong Kong, all Silk with a size of 10 but do see measurements below, feels like a small to me.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements taken with dress laid flat. Doubled at bust, waist, and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 38"
Waist: 25" as is but the hook could be shifted to get another inch or so.
Belt: Holes are 24" to 26"
Hips: full
Shoulder to waist: 15"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 41"
