Vintage 1980's 1990s Red Grey Black Plaid Dress with Belt

Pretty vintage 1980s 1990s dress in a red gray and black plaid colorblock print. Very 1940s inspired with buttons in the bodice front, shoulder pads and a matching belt. Elastic waist, unlined. Label Reads: none, but you can see where one was cut away. I'd say its about an extra large to volup size, but do see the measurements below as the belt is a bit smaller. Looks and feels like rayon, or similar to me.

Near mint vintage condition.

Measurements when lying flat. Doubled at bust, waist and hip.
Armpit to armpit across bust: 44"
Waist: 31" at rest to 37" pulled taut
Hips: free to about 59"
Shoulder to waist: 16"
Shoulder to bottom hem: 44"
Belt Holes: 25" to 29"
